Why Meditate/ Visualize a body that feels good?
If you can see your body feeling good then you will automatically subconsciously do things to make your body feel that way, your brain will send signals to help your body heal
WHAT TO VISUALIZE?
A Pain Free body
Concentrate on that area feeling good when doing activities that just right now
Example; If your knees hurt when walking down stairs picture yourself walking down the stairs with ease, gliding down step by step
You want to picture how you want your body to feel, not how you do not want it to feel
Example; I picture gliding down the stairs, not walking down pain free, focus on the movement
